Who We Are
We Are Not the Right Fit for Everyone. But for the Right Participants, the Difference Is Clear.
Holistic Care Support was not built to be the biggest NDIS provider in Victoria. It was built to be a good one.
We are a registered NDIS provider working with participants and their families across Victoria. We are based in Point Cook, we work across the region, and we take the work seriously because the people on the receiving end of it deserve that.
Respect
Participants come to us with their own history, their own values, and their own idea of what a good life looks like. We do not override that. We work within it. Our job is to support your choices, not substitute our own judgement for yours.
Care
Care is one of those words that gets used so often it can start to feel hollow. For us it means something specific: showing up prepared, paying attention, and treating every interaction as though it matters, because it does.
Protection
Participant safety is not a box we tick during onboarding. It shapes how we hire, how we train, how we monitor the quality of support delivered, and how we respond when something is not right.
